Old account info

I just started new XFinity service and when I log in to the app it is telling me “this account no longer has service” and is showing my account info from 2 years ago. When I speak to the automated bot over the phone, she has my new address and account number linked to my phone number but whenever she directs me follow a text link, it has the old info. HELP!

use a web browser to xfinity.com  - sign in and go to 'my account'.  select settings. scroll down to linked accounts and unlink the old account (leaving your current account).
