Not able to log in

I try to log in to view my account through the app and it says unable to log you in then sends a code but won't let me put the code in. Goes right back to the log in page.

I've been having the same problem for a month. I can login thru my web browser but not on the xfinity Myaccount app. Very frustrating

Been having this same issue with all of their apps. Even weirder, I disconnected from my XFINITY home WiFi and tried it on LTE, and every one of their apps opened and I was able to log in. Doesn’t make sense that if I am on my XFINITY home WiFi, I cannot log into any of their apps, but I can on my phone’s data network. 🤬
