No Xfinity at this address

So I just had a new account & service set up but login message on account app states "You no longer have Xfinity service at this address."

Keeps telling me I longer have Xfinity services at this address. Which I have not lived at for over a year

You have come to the right place I would love to ensure that we get this taken care of for you. Can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and the service address?

This will give you an empty "To:" line. Type in "Xfinity Support" and then finally select it from the list.
