My ex is connected to my account

Hi, after my ex and I broke up, he had been logged into my account and paused all active devices on my home network and my roommates couldn’t figure out why the WiFi wasn’t working. I resumed their devices but I believe he still has access even after I changed my account password. Can my account be signed out from all locations so I can ensure he does not interfere with our use of your internet services?

does the ex have his own email/password that is tied to your xfinity service account or is he using the same email address as you use for your account?
