My app is updated but still won't work

I try to pull up the app and it says to update it. I did that and then it still won't let me it. It claims it still needs the update. Closed the app and tried to open it from Google play. Still won't open and claims update is needed.

That is the same device I have @user_f7052f. I love the stylus! Are you connecting on WiFi or on a mobile network when you see the error message? Can you also please look on your device and see what version of the app you are running?
