My app is not working

Hello. I'm a current Comcast customer. I'm reporting a problem with my MY ACCOUNT app. It hasnt been working for about a month or so. I'm unable to sign in completely. So, I haven't been able to view my bill but luckily I was able to pay my bill. Any help would be completely appreciated. Thanks
