My account app issue

Since move and service transfer on September 10, 2019 I can not sign inti My Account App! Now always get an error Message!

Sounds like your previous UID is still on your last address and all we need to do is transfer it over. Easy peasy. I saw the private message you sent to my personal inbox, so I'll follow up with you there. Thanks for posting on the forums!
