My Account app is not working

When I signed into my account, it showed "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?". It’s been several days like this. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still have the same issue. Please advise.

using a PC are you able to use a browser and go to xfinity.com and sign in? then go to accounts. successful?
