I can't pay my bill online.

Hi,

This is Chang Li. I can't pay my bill online. It always says "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." I try to send email to you but I can't find the email address to contact you.

 

I m on my winter break so I back to China, I can't call you.

Could you please tell me my account number or how can I log in and go to my " Bill Page".
