Cannot access account
When I try to login it says oops something went wrong please try again. I have tried again over and over, always the same message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled with the same outcome! Why is this happening?

try using a web browser and go to xfinity.com and sign in. then go to 'my account'. does that method let you get into your account?
