App won't open

Since the update my app won't open

What make/model device do you have the app installed on?  Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing it, clearing cache/data?

Agree with the above post

Just updated app again and it still won't work on my android phone.

It says I have bern logged out of my account, I click the ok button screen hoes blank then back to the same screen that says I have bern logged out of my account

In addition to the question above, exactly what happens when you click on the Xfinity My Account icon on your phone?  My Droid Turbo 2 opens to  a screen that scrolls features with the Get Started button.  Hitting Get Started takes me to the Sign In page where it has my saved username and the box for my password.
