Android App Error: "We're sorry, we weren't able to connect. Please try again."
Whenever I try to log in via the My Account App, I get the above error. This has been occurring for months now.
My phone is a Samsung S8 running Android 9. Currently up to date on all software.
Things I have tried without success thus far:
Rebooting the phone.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Clearing the app data.
Logging in on my home Xfinity-provided WiFi.
Logging in using wireless data.
Logging in on non-Xifinity WiFi.
I can login via desktop and another Xfinity app with my credentials without issue. The problem is specific to this app.
