Xfinity Mobile

Over the past month I have had 3 orders get cancel on me with no explanation. I received the conformation e-mail, and also submitted the requested docs  (MY ID and Utility Bill) and still it gets cancelled. This is very frustrating, does anyone know what I should do next?
