Unrecieved rewards prepaid cards from Nov. 2021

I've been waiting for $200, $50, and $75 rewards prepaid cards since 11/2021. I was finally given a FedEx tracking # on 6/28 by one of your chat agents, and that they would arrive on 7/1 at 8PM. They have not even shipped yet.

To send a "Peer to peer" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
