The nightmare continues

Same issue woke up by a call at 7am from a fast talking fool. She played like there was no issue... Byer i told her .. They do not care it is a problem. Still do not have the phone then fedex called mumbl9ing on the phone while i was on my way to a appointment with infinity to cancel the order because you cant vcancel online with the drop down they have .. Because it will lock me in to accepting the order [which i never got]... So taking the day off again from film making school.. And with a back brace i go to muy appiontment and the guy says thats above my pay grade then why have a drop down on the reason for your issue if they are not going to read it. So i had to wait for the manager and while he was gicving people directions really direction like he gps.. I finally got up and said well can you help he like im helping others no youirrr5rrr not your giving dir3ections.

I understand you have had a bad experience with your Xfinity Mobile account, and I am happy to help in any way I can. The department you have contacted does not have access to mobile accounts, but I can absolutely get you the correct contact information. Have you already tried calling or chatting with the mobile department directly?
