Incorrect name associated with caller ID

It is essential that this error get correct.  The error was validated by Xfinity Mobile customer service, and as I was transferred to a department that was to correct the problem, the hold time was over an hour.  Unacceptable and the problem is urgent.  My calls are not being picked up becuase the caller ID is not my name.


Please advise ASAP
