Caller ID Showing Wrong Country
I have a number that was ported from Verizon just under a year ago and everything has been great until about a week ago. All calls from the USA are showing up as a call from Aberdeen, UT, Canada on caller ID.
When I check my call history the the city and country are correct.
This is causing a huge issue for our business because this appears to be happening to many of our clients as well.
This is not an issue with the out pulsed number form the PBX or the carrier. This is clearly a Comcast CNAM record issue.
Any fix for this?
