XH app doesn't connect to touchpad

XH app doesn't work! It just says that the touchpad has lost its connectivity...but it hasn't. The app just won't let me arm/disarm or see the camera. Have tried rebooting the modem, the touchpad, my iPhone as well as deleting/reinstalling the app and logging in and out. Help!!

I pulled up your account & it looks like a tech is scheduled to come out 2/6.  I'd like to touch base with you afterwards to make sure your issue is resolved.
