Xfinity Support

I just recently purchased an xFi 400mbps internet package and set up my account just yesterday and can sign into the web browser however I cannot use any of the mobile apps. I’ve tried the LTE and WiFi methods and still am receiving the same problems. My equipment should be arriving today and I’d really like to be able to access the app so I can activate the device.
