Xfinity Home App won't open


After hve the "Home" working for quite some time on my Samsung S7, all of a sudden upon startig the App i receve a pop-up message  "install a browser to continue". I have numerous browsers on my phone that are not restricted from access WiFi at any time.  This has always been the case since when it was previously working.  I tried upgrading the the most recent build published on 4/23/2020 which didn't help.


Anyone have any ideas?
