Xfinity home app not working

I am a new customer attempting to set up WiFi and logged onto xfinity home to set up.  Every time I attempt to log on I get the following message.

Xfinity®

Access not Authorized

You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.

I tried the live chat and they could not help.  Any thoughts.
