Unable to sign into Xfinity app on iOS

I am attempting to log into the Xfinity app so I can setup my brand new service, but I'm not able to.

1. Open the Xfinity app

2. Click Sign In

3. "Xfinity wants to use xfinity.com to Sign In" -> tap Continue

4. login.xfinity.com loads and I enter my email and password and tap Sign In button

5. Returns to the Welcome screen in the application with the Sign In button showing.

I've tried on both WiFi as well as 5G. I've tried force closing the app and relaunching. I've tried with both Chrome and Safari set as the default browser. No luck with any of this.

Hello @hunsin, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on our community forums! For troubleshooting purposes, is this the only device having this issue or are you unable to log into the application on other devices too?
