Sign in on app isn’t working

I am trying to set up my new internet and I can’t sign in on the app it keeps taking me back to the sign in page every time I put my ID and password in

Same thing is happening to me. I've read other threads about this problem, and they just say to try on Wifi and LTE. I have tried both and it still doesn't fix the problem
