Permanently Delete messages

Hi @tirasgans! Thank you for visiting us on the Xfinity Forums. You should have the option within the trash to permanently delete messages by selecting 'clear trash'.

That option doesn't permanently delete messages, it just moves them from Trash to Recover Deleted Items. I see no way to permanently delete mail from Xfinity Connect.
