Home app won't see touchscreen

My Xfinity Home Security touchscreen has power, but my app says it has lost connection. I've rebooted my touchscreen, removed and re-downloaded the app, and tried troubleshooting with the Chat team, but no resolution. Has anyone had this issue with the app?
