Home App Not Working after Android 12 System Update
My Galaxy A21 smartphone updated system software on 11/02/22 and the home app will no longer login on my phone. My tablet and wife's Iphone is working with the app fine. If I can't access the home system via my phone the security system is pointless. Even more so since you took the PC browser capability away from the users. The was a stupid move.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out for help with our Xfinity Home app. I know how important it is to have access remotely, and will be happy to help. For clarity, did your phone provide a system update, and now the app is not working after you updated your Samsung? Or did the app update, and now the app does not work with Android 12? Since this has been noted, are you still having issues with the app?

Any fixes available for this yet? Its been almost 1 year, since first post, stating there was an issue with Android 12 system. And yet- I see no fixes! Now my "security system" is worthless unless I'm home... This is not what I am paying for, and unacceptable xfinity hasn't provided a fix or updated the app. Come on!

So now we know that A20 works but not the A21, or the A12, or the A13.... [Edited: "Language"] ....I can tell it has something to do with the 2 step login security..... you guys need to fix this
