Home app log out

My ex and I recently broke up. She has the xfinity app downloaded on her phone. I called comcast to do a reset. But unless she logs out or when Comcast does an auto update she will stay logged in. Is there a way for me to get her logged out? Would changing my email work?

Please contact me with the same information. We let a neighbor have access to the app and gave them their own code to watch our dogs while on vacay. Now I need to log them out of the app.

If you change your XFINITY password, other users who are signed into the Xfinity Home app will be logged out.  You can find steps on how to change your password at the following link --
