Home app closes when trying to view cameras.

I am having same issue. Since iOS 16, now on 16.1.1.  My iPhone continues to work and I can use the Xfinity App, but not as good as Home App. I deleted and removed app from both devices and rebooted iPad before downloading and logging back in. Nothing helps. As soon as I click a camera to expand view, App closes.

This is a constant complaint.  When can we expect a solution?

@helponemail Thanks for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I don't have an estimate resolution time at this time. Have you had a chance to remove and reinstall the app?

Good Morning! It looks like here we're indicating that the Xfinity Home app should be up and running, no problem now!
Can you confirm if you're still experiencing any troubles at all? We look forward to hearing from you!

Welcome to our community forum, @user_86e6c2! I love being able to use the app to see my cameras so I'd be upset if this was happening. We'll stick with you until we get to the bottom of this :). What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
