Help error code on app 43401

I am receiving error # 43401 when trying to login on the Mobil app I can log in to there website with the same username but the app I keep getting error #43402

I pulled up your account & will Private Message you.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon at the upper right hand corner of each forums page.

I'm sitting here, with installer unable to acces my home app. Everything else I can sign on to except the home app... First day and already a problem. Might just cancel. Sounds to me like it needs a non contract deal if it works this bad right from day one!!!
