Error code on app

Xfinity Home app error 43401
Options
When attempting to sign into the mobile app for home security. It give me an error message saying I need to use the email from when I first signed up. Did that and still get same error. This has been going on for abt a week

I'd like to private message you to confirm the email address you are using to sign in.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
