I recently changed phones and lost the saved login info for my HOME app. I have reset my Xfinity password and support said that this reset would also apply to the HOME app. It obviously doesn't since it keeps insisting that I must log in with the original email address used when setting up the HOME account. I have tried all of my email addresses and none of them get past this problem. The log in screen gives error 43401. I need to find a solution. Either change the "original email login" to my current email address, or help me find the original email login.
