I'm receiving an error when logging in that says I need to use the email I signed up with. I'm using that email, but it still isn't working.

I pulled up your account & do not see active Xfinity Home Security/Automation service. The Xfinity Home app is for subscribers of this service. If you believe this to be in error, please let me know.
This is an error. I've had it since August 2015.
