Can't sign n mobile app but web version works?

I am getting error 43401 when I try to login using the xfinity home mobile app on my Android phone.  However, if I login using the web browser, using the same credentials, on the same device, I have no problems.  This is not a good solution, because I want my Home Connect to work all the time.

I realized what I was doing was wrong. 8 wanted xfinity connect, not xfinity home. But I couldn't delete my question after I figured it out. Thanks for the reply.

When I pull up your account I don't see you as an active Xfinity Home Security & Automation customer.  The Xfinity Home mobile app is only for customers of this service.  Which website are you signing into?
