cant see my cameras

i am unable to see my xfinity cameras on my home app. it tells me it is connecting to my cameras but then says its having trouble signing me in so i sogn in again and still nothing. all my cameras have solid blue lights so i have no idea what is going on. any help would be great.

Hello! I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your feeds. Have you tried using the Xfinity Home Portal (https://comca.st/3AkYT4l)? Also, I would recommend force-stopping the app, deleting the app's data, and then relaunching it. Please, let us know if that helps.
