Cannot activate my Internet through the App & cannot access the App whatsoever.

Trying to activate my Internet so I downloaded the app, try to sign in and it says that I need to restore my Internet Service to continue which I cannot do if I can't access the app. Please help!

Hi there, @user_f5210e. Thanks so much for choosing Xfinity and for using the Xfinity My Account app to activate your services. That sure does sound like a pickle, and we can help. Have you had Xfinity services at another address is the past? Also, can you confirm that you're using your primary Xfinity ID to sign in?
