Can not view my cameras

I have been unable to view my cameras. When i log in to the app it stays my home dashboard has lost power and trouble shooting will take 4 minutes. After letting it load the app just signs me out. Very frustrating, my bill looks crazy and i can't even view my cameras when I'm not home

Same issue.  I reboot cameras and tablet and router, nothing.  So frustrating.
