Can't see live video on X1 4K dvr box app. They work fine on PC, Apple and Android devices. Any ideas?

@JF3191, you can use the Direct Messaging icon on the top right corner of the page. (next to the bell icon) Send your message to "Xfinity Support."
I am on a Samsung phone I don't have what you want. I have a conversation icon and a profile icon nothing says anything about private message.

You can see your back and forth messages with any user by clicking the messages.
