App Login Problems

When I downloaded the Xfinity app to my iPhone I tried to login it takes me to a web browser to login and I get a screen that says sorry let’s try that again. 

Now when I use the web browser straight I have no problem logging in and checking my devices and making sure everything that I allow is allowed. 

Now can someone there please tell me why the app for my iPhone 11 Pro with the latest Apple software installed does not work.
