WHY CAN I NOT LOG ON TO THIS APP? I KEEP GETTING error message: "Checking your connections ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" I have a note 10. My husband and children's phone have no problems. After being on the phone with a Comcast representative for over an hour they could not figure it out. They told me to call Samsung because it's probly a problem with my phone I called Samsung and Samsung said there's nothing wrong with my phone. So what is it? I'm reading messages on here and the reviews on the Google Play Store for the app and I'm not the only one that this is happening to.
