Voice2go numbers are not working

I set up 4 additional voice2go numbers but even after 3 weeks none of them is working. 2 show an error with the setup in the online settings. I also can not delete them. The message at the bottom of the online settings page where you add or delete them still says that it may take up to 48 hours for the numbers to work. Is there any way to fix this? Xfinity stores are of no help they don‘t even know their own products. Unbelievable.
