Have you looked at/searched Support on the MyXfinity web site? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/forward-calls-using-xfinity-mobile-app is one article. Looks like the Xfinity My Account mobile app is one way to control call forwarding.
I cannot recieved any calls. my calls is been forwarding. I need to know how to turn off call forwarding so I can recieve incomming calls
