Problem with new line

I recently had a second wine added to my Xfinity voice. After three days the second one is still not working and oddly both phones that I have plugged into my Xfinity modem both ring when someone calls the line one number neither phone will rain when the line to number is called. Any attempt at changing the settings in Xfinity Connect for the second line results in a code 500 error. Xfinity seems to think that the problem is with the signal but this seems to be the only issue I have. When someone tries to call my
They hear one ring and then the car goes directly to voicemail. Does anyone have any ideas?
