emails are not synching

All my emails come into my Connect App.

Some emails do not come into my desktop version.  No filters.

I'm having the same problem. My sent folder isn't showing emails I sent, either.

My e-mail messages stopped syncing around late 2019. I tried changing my Android app from the default to the xFinity Connect App. Now it is Jan. 2020 and still not syncing. My messages are set to download when I open Thunderbird on my laptop. But I am seeing the old messages on my Android tablets, even though they should have been removed from the server when I viewed them on my laptop. This worked fine for years until recently. Also I could no longer send mail from Android app. Can send from xFin app, but cannot see SENT folder.

I don't know of you found a solution but this is how I fixed it. Log into the web version of connect.xfinity.com. Go to settings - Advanced Settings and uncheck "Use email safe list." My emails came through after that.
