Yes. Comcast needs to address this problem with their phone app. For me, an iPhone user, the problem just started this month after years of successful use. I'm starting to wonder if the Xfinity Connect app has been left behind as Apple updated the iOS to 13.x.
Since installing IOS 13 on my iPhone 6s Plus, the Xfinity Connect app regularly freezes. I have to power off the phone and restart it, and then the app displays my email messages. But soon thereafter, it freezes again. Having to turn the phone off and restart it in order to read my Comcast email is unacceptable.
Can someone from Comcast reply to this thread?
I have given up on the Xfinity Connect app and removed it from my iPhone. I'm back to using my iPhone's web browser to collect my mail just as I do on my Mac. Safari does this reasonably fast, but it seems that Firefox for iPhone is even quicker. I just leave my email page as the opening page of the browser and it is quicker than the Xfinity Connect app ever was, even when it worked.
