I had the same problem, but on my cell phone.
(Couldn’t reply to emails, or forward them.)
So I deleted the app on my phone, then reloaded it, (the ”Xfinity Connect” app.).
I shut my phone off, then turned it back on,,, and it works now,
I hope this helps.
I’m having exactly the same problems. I have OS 14.2. I wish someone would tell us the fix for this.
