Email access is blocked, saying that I'm not subscribed.
On my phone using the Xfinity Connect app, it tells me that we don't have a subscription to Xfinity and won't let me access my email. We do, however, have a subscription and my mother is an employee of Comcast. My email loads fine on my computer and on hers, but I'm being denied on my phone. Can anyone help me out here?
EDIT: The web version works on my phone, but the app doesn't and I need the app for notifications.
