Everytime I try to read my e-mail after I tap on an e-mail. It leaves a note on my screen that there is an xfinity error please try again a few minutes later. I have waited as much as 30 minutes later to hours later only to get the same message over again. I have been paying for a service for the past month that is not working as it should be and I am very disappointed to say the least. Can you fix this ay your end for me. This is getting ridiculus!!!!

We understand how much of an inconvenience this can be and want to help get this fixed. I want to ask a few questions to better understanding the steps we need to take to fix this. 

What type of device are you using? 

Which browser? 

Do you get the same error when using the My Account App
