Can not connect to xfi app or website

I tried uninstalling, reinstall. I tried resetting phone. I did a reboot on the gateway. I tried calling customer service, no one to help me. I have a Damsung Galaxy Note 8.
I have previously been using, then all of a sudden after login, "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
Site can't be reached, xerxes-sub.xerxessecure.com
