Bring back the XFINITY CONNECT app

Your customers need the email app!!!

Are you hearing your customers??

We need Comcast to bring back the Xfinity Connect app!!!!

Or do they prefer to get out of the email & internet provider business????

Were you using the XC app with a landline or just for email?  If the latter, you can use any free email app you like on your phone.  Just head to your phone's store and download and install the app of your choice.

And, FWIW, Comcast isn't getting out of the email and internet provider business.

You can use any email app you want to access your emails.  There are lots of free ones out there.  Just go to the appropriate store for your phone and download one - or several - until you find the one you prefer using.  Be sure to set it up as IMAP.

We want to ask how can I make calls through the xfinity Connect app when traveling or outside the home. We also want to know if there is maintenance in the app and when the voice2go service will be restored. We want a solution to this issue.

The Xfinity Connect app has been retired; it won't be restored, so voice2go is also permanently gone.  It was discontinued April 20th, 2021.  At this point you will only be able to use your mobile phone directly for making phone calls outside of the home.

I was previously using the web to login to my account to add users, then go to the voice page, then voice2go option, add users for family members from April 20, 2021 after that I can't use xfinity connect app permanently, so I asked an expert, is there a rollback for Option to restore service normally How do I call via my phone

Here again, the app itself has been retired and won't be coming back, so you can no longer use the app for voice2go.  The only way you can use voice2go is to log into webmail.

You can use any third party email app you want to access your Xfinity Connect email.  There are a lot of free ones out there.

If you were using the app to access your landline phone calls, just use *72 to forward those calls to your cell phone number [fees might apply].
