Tv and internet issues

On May 22 after many frustrating mins to get to speak to a human. After spending an hour on the phone with an agent yesterday and paying my bill in full I still had no tv or internet service. As a result I was late for work and also had no access to my alarm system which was extremely frustrating and concerning.
When I cam e home later that evening the tv and internet where working except for one tv. I attempted to call back for assistance but could not get in touch with a live person so I gave up trying.
In the morning I received a call from an xfinity agent asking how  everything was and explained about the one tv issue which he fixed. I also asked if anything could be done about my bill for the two day inconvenience. His response was what would like me to do also said that wasn’t his department. I hung up and did not want to speak to him. He tried calling back.
I’m very unhappy with the level of customer service I received. I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for many years and expect much better communication and support. I would appreciate someone reviewing this situation  and contacting me via phone email regarding a possible credit on my bill for disruption and inconvenience. Being a loyal customer.
